Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products from Blonda Lingerie (Calle San Vicente 65, 03004 Alicante, Spain).

1. Definitions and Scope

  • Client or Consumer : a natural person over 16 years of age who purchases goods for private use.
  • Merchant : Blonda Lingerie.
  • Product : item offered on the site.
  • Order : contract of sale perfected upon acceptance of confirmation.

These Terms apply to all purchases on blondalingerie.com .

2. Hiring Process

  1. The Customer selects products and completes payment.
  2. Blonda Lingerie confirms availability and accepts the Order by email.

The contract is formalized in Spanish. Registration is optional.

3. Consumer Rights and Withdrawal

The Client has 14 calendar days to withdraw without reason.

  • The deadline begins upon receipt of the order.
  • Please notify us at info@blondalingerie.com or complete the form.

Blonda will refund the initial shipping cost and fees within 14 days of receiving the return. The customer is solely responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Prices, Taxes and Payment

  • Prices in euros (€) and include VAT.
  • Payment methods: card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, transfer.
  • Payments are encrypted according to PCI-DSS; we do not store card data.

5. Delivery and Deadlines

  • Preparation: 1–2 business days (until 2:00 p.m.).
  • Peninsular Spain: 1–3 business days.
  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 2–5 business days.
  • Rest of EU: 3–7 business days.
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days.

Maximum delivery 30 days from order confirmation.

6. Returns and Guarantees

We accept returns of unused products with tags within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects. Blonda will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability

Blonda shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of data, except in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Liability is limited to the amount of the Order.

8. Intellectual Property

The content of this site (text, images, designs, logos) is the property of Blonda Lingerie or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Data Protection

We process your data in accordance with the GDPR. See our Privacy Policy . You can exercise your rights by sending an email to info@blondalingerie.com .

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law and the Consumer Directive. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Alicante.

11. Modifications

Blonda may update these Terms. The version on the website indicates the date of the last update.
