1. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without needing to justify the reason.

  • The period begins on the day the customer physically receives the order.
  • To exercise this right, you must communicate your decision before the end of those 14 days, by emailing info@blondalingerie.com or by filling out the withdrawal form available on our website.

2. Return Conditions

To ensure the hygiene and quality of underwear, returns are only accepted if:

  1. The garment is unused, unwashed and retains all its original tags .
  2. It is returned in its original packaging , properly protected (paper or internal hygienic cover in bikinis or bodysuits).
  3. Sanitary pads (in bikinis and women's lingerie) have not been removed.

Exceptions
Garments that are worn, washed, have cut labels, or have damaged protections are not returnable.
Limited editions or “Final Sale” items will be marked in the description and cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

  1. The customer requests a refund within the deadline (14 days) by sending an email to info@blondalingerie.com .
  2. You will receive a return authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
  3. The customer will send their item to:

  4. Once the garment has been received and verified, Blonda will notify you of its approval or rejection within a maximum of 7 business days .

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer will assume the return shipping costs , unless the product is defective or incorrect, in which case Blonda will cover the cost.
No additional charges will apply beyond return shipping.

5. Refunds

  • After the return is approved, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the item.
  • Payment will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Changes in Size or Model

  • If the customer wishes to change the size or model, they can indicate this when requesting the return and the new garment will be sent at no additional shipping cost , subject to stock availability.
  • The new item will be shipped within 1–3 business days after approval.

7. Warranty for Defects

For defective or damaged garments, the customer has 2 years (from delivery) to request repair, replacement, or partial/full refund in accordance with consumer goods regulations.
