1. Order Processing

Orders are received and prepared in our Alicante warehouse from Monday to Friday.

  • Preparation time: maximum 1–2 business days from payment confirmation.
  • Holidays and sales: During special campaigns (Black Friday, Christmas), the preparation period may be extended to 3 business days.
  • If you place your order before 2:00 PM , it will preferably be processed on the same business day.

2. Delivery Times

We comply with the legal requirement to deliver goods without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Peninsular Spain and Portugal: 1–3 business days after shipping.
  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 2–5 business days.
  • European Union (rest): 3–7 business days.
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated in the basket and displayed before checkout:

  • Peninsular Spain: from €3.90 (standard) / €6.90 (express).
  • Islands and EU: variable rates depending on weight and destination.
  • Free shipping: in the peninsula for purchases over €75.
  • There will be no pre-marked additional surcharges; all costs are expressly requested.

4. Order Tracking

After shipping, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's platform. You can also track your order in "My Orders" in your account.

5. Pickup in Store

We offer free Click & Collect in our Alicante store:

  • Select “Pick up in store” at checkout.
  • Pick-up point: Calle San Vicente 65, 03004 Alicante .
  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days.
  • Hours: Mon-Fri 10:00-20:00, Sat 10:00-14:00.

6. International Shipping and Customs

Online prices do not include customs duties or VAT of the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for customs delays or costs.

7. Contingencies and Sustainability

  • In case of an incident (loss or breakage), contact info@blondalingerie.com for a replacement or refund.
  • We use eco-friendly packaging and minimize plastics.
